Job Description
New Customer Acquisition (including lead generation at trade shows and events) Sales and Proposal Development for Video, Audio, and Lighting Systems for Corporate and Public Sector Clients Client Negotiations, Proposal Development, and Quote Preparation Post-Order Project Follow-Up (coordination through delivery and acceptance)
Ideal Candidates
Candidates with experience in corporate sales Candidates with experience in technical sales or a basic understanding of the AV industry Candidates confident in their communication and negotiation skills Candidates capable of making flexible proposals and responding appropriately to different situations
Eligibility Requirements
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in corporate sales (any industry) Valid driver's license (automatic transmission acceptable)
Preferred Qualifications
Business-level English proficiency Basic knowledge of and experience proposing AV, video, and broadcasting systems Experience using Vectorworks and AutoCAD Creating presentation materials and demo content (including basic programming)

Tokyo Office, Field Work (includes business travel; separate allowance provided), Remote Work Available
Working Hours
10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (8 hours of actual work / 1-hour break) Flexible work hours available Overtime: Approximately 10 to 40 hours per month (fully paid)

Salary
Base Salary + Skill-Based Pay + Performance/Project Allowances + Bonuses Annual Salary: 4 million to 8 million yen (depending on experience and skills) *May exceed 10 million yen depending on performance *Subject to change based on company performance *Allowances available based on professional certifications held
