Job Description
Development of 3D Interactive Visual Effects Using Unity and C# Development of browser-based (HTML5/JS/CSS) content integrated with sensors such as touch, proximity, and motion sensors Video Analysis and AI Integration Using Python, OpenCV, and Other Tools Prototyping with TouchDesigner and Processing Control and synchronization of multi-display systems, projectors, and audio and lighting equipment (Crestron, AMX, Extron, etc.) Delivery, On-Site Installation, Post-Installation Testing, and Troubleshooting

Eligibility Requirements
Requirements
Experience developing with Unity and C# Practical experience with control software such as AMX, Crestron, and Extron
Preferred Qualifications
Practical experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Python, and TouchDesigner Experience with C++, Processing, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc. Knowledge of real-time video processing and sensor control

Tokyo Office, Field Work (includes business travel; separate allowance provided), Remote Work Available
Working Hours
10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (8 hours of actual work / 1-hour break) Flexible work hours available Overtime: Approximately 10 to 40 hours per month (fully paid)

Salary
Base Salary + Skill-Based Pay + Performance/Project Allowances + Bonuses Annual salary: 4.2 million to 10 million yen (depending on experience and skills) *Subject to change based on company performance *Allowances available based on professional certifications held
