Job Description
Project Progress, Budget, and Quality Control Cross-Functional Management of Sales, Design, Construction, Programmers, and Creatives Client negotiations, schedule and risk management, problem-solving Strategy Development, Improvement Proposals, and Implementation for Success
Ideal Candidates
Individuals who are confident in their coordination skills, leadership, and problem-solving abilities Candidates with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality standards Someone who can discuss projects using metrics (cost and progress)
Eligibility Requirements
Requirements
At least 3 years of project management experience (any industry) Business-level English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in the Design and Implementation of AV, Video, and Broadcasting Systems Experience using Vectorworks and AutoCAD Basic understanding of software and control systems (e.g., Unity, AMX, Crestron, Extron, etc.)

Tokyo Office, Field Work (includes business travel; separate allowance provided), Remote Work Available
Working Hours
10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (8 hours of actual work / 1-hour break) Flexible work hours available Overtime: Approximately 10 to 40 hours per month (fully paid)

Salary
Base Salary + Competency-Based Pay + Performance Bonus + Bonus (Performance-Based) Annual salary: 5.5 million to 10 million yen (depending on experience and skills) *May exceed 10 million yen depending on performance *Subject to change based on company performance *Allowances available based on professional certifications held
