Job Description
System Design for Video, Audio, Broadcasting, Lighting, and Networking Creating drawings and layouts (including 3D) using Vectorworks, AutoCAD, and other software Equipment setup, wiring, and calibration; operational verification at the company’s offices and on-site Post-Implementation Technical Support and Troubleshooting
Ideal Candidates
Individuals with experience in the design and implementation of AV, video, and broadcast systems Candidates who can create drawings using CAD software (Vectorworks/AutoCAD) Someone who can act flexibly as a liaison between the field, customers, and the company Candidates with manufacturer-certified qualifications are welcome
Eligibility Requirements
Requirements
At least 3 years of industry experience Practical experience with Vectorworks or AutoCAD Experience using configuration software from IT and AV manufacturers (e.g., Cisco, Crestron, Q-SYS, Biamp, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Construction and Site Management Business-level English proficiency (technical communication with overseas manufacturers)

Tokyo Office, Field Work (includes business travel; separate allowance provided), Remote Work Available
Working Hours
10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (8 hours of actual work / 1-hour break) Flexible work hours available Overtime: Approximately 10 to 40 hours per month (fully paid)

Salary
Base Salary + Skill-Based Pay + Performance/Project Allowances + Bonuses Annual salary: 4.2 million to 10 million yen (depending on experience and skills) *Subject to change based on company performance *Allowances available based on professional certifications held
