Job Description
Construction Planning, Progress, Quality, and Safety Management for AV, Video, and Lighting Systems Arranging and supervising on-site staff; managing subcontractors Preparation of construction drawings and schedules; procurement of materials and equipment On-site coordination with clients and manufacturers; handling handover and acceptance procedures

Someone with strong communication and organizational skills on-site Someone who can drive projects forward while maintaining a balance between quality, safety, and process Someone capable of managing multiple job sites simultaneously
Eligibility Requirements
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in construction management or related fields (any industry) Valid driver's license (automatic transmission acceptable)
Preferred Qualifications
Related certifications, such as Second-Class Electrician and Electrical Construction Management Technician Experience using Vectorworks and AutoCAD Business-level English proficiency

Tokyo Office, Field Work (includes business travel; separate allowance provided), Remote Work Available
Working Hours
10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (8 hours of actual work / 1-hour break) Flexible work hours available Overtime: Approximately 10 to 40 hours per month (fully paid)

Salary
Base Salary + Skill-Based Pay + Performance/Project Allowances + Bonuses Annual salary: 4.5 million to 9 million yen (depending on experience and ability) *Subject to change based on company performance *Allowances available based on professional certifications held
