Job Description
General import operations for video and audio equipment from overseas manufacturers Research and Selection of New Products (Primarily in the Video and Audio Fields) Import Procedures, Customs Clearance, and Transportation Schedule Management Contract negotiations, placing orders, and coordinating delivery schedules with overseas manufacturers Translation and Localization of Product Specifications and Manuals Product implementation support through collaboration with the domestic sales team and technical department
Ideal Candidates
Someone who is interested in international trade and import operations and can take the initiative People with basic knowledge of or an interest in video and audio equipment Someone who is comfortable communicating via email and in meetings in English

Requirements
Business-level English proficiency Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email) Experience in import operations or international trade (3 years or more)
Preferred Qualifications
Work experience in the video and audio equipment industry Experience in negotiating and conducting business with overseas manufacturers Holders of the Trade Practice Certification and Customs Broker License

Tokyo Office, Field Work (includes business travel; separate allowance provided), Remote Work Available
Working Hours
10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (8 hours of actual work / 1-hour break) Flexible work hours available Overtime: Approximately 10 to 40 hours per month (fully paid)

Salary
Annual salary: 4.2 million to 9 million yen (depending on experience and skills) Base Salary + Competency-Based Pay + Performance Bonus + Bonus (Performance-Based)
